POLICIES

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND DAMAGED ITEMS

Refunds and Returns are only available within 30 days from purchase (in-person) or ship date (online orders).

Our Return & Refund policy varies based on the type of item you have purchased. See below for each product type and their specific policy.

 

POCKET FRAMES & KITS

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a detailed description and/or a photo of the damage that has occurred to the product and the packaging. We will work with you to get a replacement item or refund the order. We may ask you to ship back the product (at our expense). The replacement item will be shipped at our expense as well.

If you would like to get a refund for your item you will be asked to return the item and pay for the return shipping of that item.

If you would like to exchange an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping and shipping costs for the new item. You will also need to pay any difference in cost between the item you have and the item you want. If the new item is a lower cost, the difference can be applied to your shipping cost.

NOTES ABOUT CUSTOM NAME SIGNS: If there is an error in the spelling of your sign, we will replace the item and cover shipping UNLESS the error matches the proof that was sent and approved by you prior to shipping, in which case we are not responsible for the replacement of the sign. These signs are also not eligible for returns or refunds unless damaged during shipping.

NOTES ABOUT CUSTOM DESIGNS: If you order a custom designed sign, it may not be eligible for refunds or returns depending on the design. If a return or exchange is accepted, you will need to cover the return shipping charge.

 

PUMPKINS:

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a detailed description and/or a photo of the damage that has occurred. Because these are often one of a kind items, we will likely ask you to send the product back to be repaired. If the item cannot be repaired, you will have the option to choose an item of similar value. Shipping costs will be covered by us.
